• How long will it take to paint my portrait?
  Because each custom portrait is individually hand painted, you can expect it to take about 3 or 4 weeks. Depending upon the number of orders we have at any given time, it may take more or less time to complete yours. You will be notified by email of any potential delays. If your portrait is to be a gift for a particular occasion, please place your order early to allow plenty of time for its completion. All orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

• Can I specify a certain background, different wheels, or customization of any other element in the portrait?
  Yes, but this would be considered a custom order. Email the details, and we will be happy to provide you with a price quote and time estimate.

• Can you do a portrait of any car or vehicle?
  If you can provide a picture of it, Terri can paint a portrait of it.

• What kind of photo(s) do you require to paint a portrait of my car?
  The better the photo(s) you provide, the better the resulting portrait will be. Take photos of the car from the same angle you want it to appear in the portrait (a 3/4 view or side view tends to show the car best). Make sure your photos have sharp focus and show all of the details of the car. It helps to take photos outside during the day rather than inside, but be careful of too much glare from the sun. We will accept prints of photos (preferably from processed film rather than digital images printed on your home inkjet printer) or high resolution digital photos. All submitted prints will be returned to you with your finished portrait. Prints may be mailed to 2084 Bayberry Lane, Union, KY 41091 (be sure to mark them as photos and provide a piece of cardboard or use a heavy envelope to protect against bending). Digital photos may be sent by email.

• Will you paint a custom portrait of a car that I don't own? Can it be from a book or magazine?
  Yes, Terri can paint a car from any picture, even if the car is one you only wish you owned.

• Do you offer any discount for groups, such as car clubs?
  Yes! We offer a discount on multiple orders, so car clubs and other organizations can definitely save money by ordering as a group. For orders of 5 to 10 portraits, we offer a 10% discount. Keep in mind that multiple orders will take longer to fill, because each portrait is a hand painted original. Please contact us in advance for orders of more than 10 portraits.

• Do you frame and mat portraits?
  Yes! Standard matting and framing (black only) is priced at $55.00 for vehicle portraits.

• What do you charge for shipping?
  We charge a flat rate of $10 per portrait for standard shipping within the United States. This amount will be added when you check out. For orders to be shipped outside of the United States, shipping charges will be calculated and billed separately. You will be contacted with an amount after you place your order -- or you may opt to contact us before placing your order to get a shipping estimate.
